Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan, and preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Fry bacon and sausage in large pan until almost cooked. (If the pan’s large enough, you can do both at the same time, or do them individually.) Drain all but 1 tablespoon of fat, and add onion and green pepper. Cook until beginning to get tender.
Add beans, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and pineapple, and stir until well combined. Pour into prepared baking dish, and cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours, and then uncover. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
Serve immediately.
