S’mores Chex Mix

Ingredients

Chex cereal
rice, corn, or wheat
4
cups
Teddy Grahams crackers
3
cups
miniature marshmallows
16
ounces
chocolate
milk or dark
1
tablespoon
butter
Instructions
Line two large baking sheets with silicone mats or parchment paper.
In a very large bowl, toss together Chex, Teddy Grahams, and marshmallows.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate and butter in 30 second increments, and mix until smooth. Or use a double boiler over low heat.
Pour chocolate mixture over cereal mixture, and gently mix until completely coated.
Spread evenly over prepared pans, and refrigerate for an hour or until chocolate has set back up.
Break into pieces and enjoy.

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge
