Ingredients
Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Prepare your pizza toppings.
- In a medium-size bowl, combine ground chicken, ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Place chicken mixture onto prepared baking pan, and pat it into a thin layer that covers all the parchment. It’s really helpful to use another large piece of parchment on top of the chicken to press and smooth it. Remove the parchment from the top, and bake at 450 degrees for 13-15 minutes, until golden.
- Remove from oven, but don’t turn oven off. Top the crust with pizza sauce, the remaining mozzarella, and any toppings you want.
- Return to oven, and bake another 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool for 3-5 minutes, cut, and serve.
