Beautiful Buttercream Frosting

It’s my favorite , except for chocolate. … Let me be more specific; this is my favorite white frosting recipe.  I use it on everything from sugar cookies to cinnamon rolls.  It’s rich, creamy, and delicious.

Ingredients
  1. 4 cups powdered sugar
  2. ¾ cup butter, softened
  3. ½ cup cream
  4. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  5. ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Beat all ingredients until light, smooth, and fluffy. Spread on cake
Notes
  1. This makes enough for a 3 (9 inch) layer cake. If you're making just 2 layers, or a 13 x 9 inch cake, you'll have extra.
