When I was in middle school, I took a home economics class. This was the first thing that we cooked. I was already familiar with this recipe since my mom made it at home, but many of my classmates had never heard of it. It’s simple and delicious.

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 6 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Melt the butter in a 13 x 9 in pan in the oven as it’s heating. Watch carefully, that it doesn’t burn.
- Add the milk, flour, and salt to the beaten eggs, and beat until combined.
- Moving the 13 x 9 in pan as little as possible, pour the milk/egg mixture over the melted butter, but don’t stir.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
