Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup cream
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ tablespoon corn syrup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small sauce pan over low heat. Add brown sugar, cream, corn syrup and salt. Turn heat up to medium, and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Allow to cool to desired temperature.
Notes
Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
