Easy Step-By-Step Instructions for Magic Shell Ice Cream Topping

Chocolate
In a double boiler set over medium-low heat, melt 3 giant-size (6.8 ounce) chocolate bars with 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Store leftovers, if you have any, in an air-tight jar at room temperature. It will set up. To serve, warm jar in microwave at 20% power for 1 minute, or place jar in a small pot of water over low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir before eating. It should be good for at least a month, but I honestly have never had a batch last for more than a few days,

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler set over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally until combined completely. Drizzle over ice cream, and allow to harden. (It only takes a minute.)
