- 3 giant-size (6.8 ounce) chocolate bars (I use 2 Dark and 1 Milk Chocolate)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler set over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally until combined completely. Drizzle over ice cream, and allow to harden. (It only takes a minute.)
