This recipe was brought to me by Jessica. She knows that I love all things horseradish, and this delicious spread is no exception! It has a little lemony tang with a satisfying horseradish kick, and it’s fabulous! I put it on sandwiches, but …
… it’s also a wonderful dip for chips. Try it with fried zucchini or mozzarella sticks or onion rings or anything that needs a little excitement.
