Ingredients
  1. 1 cup mayonnaise
  2. ¼ cup prepared horseradish (more to taste)
  3. 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  4. ½ teaspoon salt
  5. Fresh black pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients, and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  2. Serve as a dipping sauce or sandwich spread.

  1. Yields 1½ cups
